Can receipts be sent to multiple email addresses?
Unfortunately, our system is only able to send the payment receipt to a single email address. There are a couple work-around options, however:
[Preferred] Generic department email: If you provide a generic email like info@, billing@, accounts_payable@, we can set that as the receipt recipient. This would ensure the receipts are not tied to any one individual's inbox. You can then enable multiple users to access that single shared inbox in your email system.
Auto-forwarding the receipts from your inbox: This option is less elegant. If you do not have a shared email account, both Gmail and Outlook allow creating a rule to automatically forward emails that follow set patterns. You can create a rule in your inbox to forward emails received from HubSpot (our system) with the subject line matching the payment receipt emails.
