After you have finished scanning a home and modifying assumptions, it is easy to generate, review and share a Manual J report.

The Manual J report contains:

  • Overview of loads and basic assumptions

  • Room-by-room summaries

  • Adequate Exposure Diversity (AED) curves

  • 3D models

  • Detailed assumptions

1. Select "Preview Manual J"

2. Review the report

You can make changes to assumptions as needed, and load calculations will update automatically.

3. Share the report

  • Select "Preview PDF"

  • Then "Export"

  • Choose your preferred option

    • Text

    • Email

    • Save to Files

    • Upload to your field service management platform

    • And more

4. Optional - Adjust the number of pages in the export

Sometimes you only want to share the first 3 or 4 pages of the Manual J report, for example:

  • If you are sharing with a rebate agency

  • Or there is a page or size limit you are running up against

How to modify the number of pages in the export:

  1. After selecting "Export," choose the "Print" option

  2. Adjust the number of pages you want to include

  3. Select the "export" icon in the print menu

  4. Choose how you want to export the document
