First login
The very first time you use Amply, you need to set your password.
Instructions:
Open the Amply app
Select the link "Forgot password or first login?"
Enter your email address. The email address should be the email to which you received the sign-in guidance. Please contact us contact us using the "Intercom" messenger in the lower right of our website with any clarifications about which email address to use.
Check your email for a unique password reset link (note this link will expire in about 60 minutes)
Follow the link and set your password
In Amply, select "Back to Login"
Forgot your password
Select the link "Forgot password or first login?" and follow the same instructions as above. If you can't find it, search your inbox for the subject line "Amply password reset request."
