Forgot your password or having login issues?

Learn how to set your password for the first time or reset if you forgot it

First login

The very first time you use Amply, you need to set your password.

Instructions:

  1. Open the Amply app

  2. Select the link "Forgot password or first login?"

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Check your email for a unique password reset link (note this link will expire in about 60 minutes)

  5. Follow the link and set your password

  6. In Amply, select "Back to Login"

Forgot your password

Select the link "Forgot password or first login?" and follow the same instructions as above.

Still having trouble?

Quick things to check:

  1. Make sure that you don't have a typo in your email address

  2. Double-check that you entered your password correctly

If that doesn't work, contact us using the "Intercom" messenger in the lower right of our website.
