Amply has always set the geographic orientation of windows and rooms by default. With release 5.6.0, you can more easily see the orientation courtesy of a compass rose in the top right hand corner of the 3D model view.
Tap on the compass rose to orient the model to North.
Change the orientation of rooms
If you want to change the orientation of rooms, follow these steps:
Open the 3D model of the room.
Select a window.
On the side panel, scroll down and select to Room Orientation.
This will open a view with the model in a compass rose. Drag the room to rotate.
The orientation you set when you navigate away from the room will be the new room orientation.
